How to Order:
By email, fax or phone 763-862-0827 and toll free 877-483-2986. Our office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 am - 5:30 pm CST. We check voice and email messages often both during office hours as well as evenings and weekends. We reply to all voice mail messages promptly.
For your convenience, you may also use our order form for phone or fax orders.
Shipping:
We will ship nationwide. We ship using FedEx and USPS, but if you request a specific shipper, we
will
try to accommodate you.
We will not charge more than the prices listed, but occasionally the shipping charges will be
less and we will pass the savings on to you.
Shipping rates in the chart are for ground only. For faster
shipping, please inquire about rates.
Ground Shipping Rates per package:
$15.01 to $30 = $11.00
$30.01 to $50 = $16.00
$50.01 to $80 = $18.00
$80.01 to $150 = $20.00
$150.01 and up = free
Delivery:
We deliver locally to the metropolitan and suburban areas of Minneapolis and St. Paul. Our delivery
charges vary from between $8 and $15 depending upon the distance. Orders of $150 or more per location are free. Please inquire about delivery to other areas of
Minnesota and
western Wisconsin.
Substitutions:
We may need to make substitutions from time to time. If we need to make a substitution, it
will be
for a product or container of equal or greater value and you will be informed before the basket is shipped or delivered.
About Us
Gift Basket Delights is located in Minneapolis, Minnesota. We began our gift basket and candy bouquet business in
February 2003. In August 2004 we received our Commercial Food Handler's License
from the State of Minnesota, Department of Agriculture. Our designs have been published in the "Gift Basket Authorities
Digest" and "Gift Basket Review." At Gift Basket Delights, our customer is our priority. Each and every basket is
constructed with care and attention to detail. If our customer is not
happy ~ neither are we!
